Unfortunately, due to the unfortunate circumstances globally, Burgess has had to scale back our hours and services. We would like to assure our customers that we are still open and available for all of your needs, but our cut back hours and lower available staff may impact on how quickly we can get to you.
For any emergencies, please be assured that you will get first priority service as usual. For any non-emergency needs, we can in many cases get you what you need, but it may take a bit longer than usual due to supply constraints. We are doing everything in our power to keep operating as normal as possible.
Should you be concerned about safety in general, all of our staff has been advised in how to handle both the customers as well as the products. All items are carefully handled and are ensured to be as safe as possible to handle. If you are sick, please do notify us prior to our visiting your home or business so that we may take the necessary precautions. If you are sick, please do not come in to the store. You may request help over the phone and we will gladly arrange your help/products arrive in your hands safely.
